This makes me wonder about your hormones?

In my experience, this is an odd way to use homeopathy. Was this prescribed
by a homeopath? If not, I strongly suggest you see one. A correct
constitutional remedy will not usually require such repeated use. While sepia
certainly fits the picture, perhaps if you contact or recontact the doctor,
(s)he will suggest a much higher dosage? Or reavaluate the remedy altogether.

Again, this makes me wonder about your hormones. I would think you might find
vitex (chaste tree berry) tincture to be very helpful in this situation. As
an adaptogenic herb, it works on the pituitary gland to balance hormones,
which means it doesn't have the same effect on everyone who takes it. You
could discuss this option with an herbalist or naturopath.

Rescue Remedy might also be helpful. The Bach Flower elm is particularly
useful for women having a difficult time with mothering or an aspect of
mothering, such as nursing.

Other than this, I would suggest bodywork as a good option for you. Perhaps
cranial sacral therapy or just massage. Do you have a good support system and
someone you can talk to about these feelings? While tandem nursing can be
wonderful, it can also be stressful and overwhelming. These are almost the
same ages of the children I tandem-nursed and there were certainly days when
I felt like I wanted to crawl out of my skin. Unfortunately, I didn't have
the same info I do now, or I would have definately gotten some bodywork.
