I have moms permission to post.  I posted about this same mom a few years 
ago.  She had recurrent milk blisters with her last baby and after a 
period of time they fianlly resolved. She did fianlly have to have one 
lanced by her OB. 
She has a new baby and the blebs have started all over again.  i am woking 
with her to help with her oversupply but the usually measures of lecithin 
and soaks, etc just aren't working.
When she called me today she was in tears frustrated and telling me she 
just didn't have it in her to experience the pain all over again. She 
wants to quit and is devastated.I must admit I am at a lost on what the 
next thing she should do.  
Of course I told her I would send for help from all you wise LC's out 
there.
What are the causes of persistent blebs?  What can she do to prevent?
What are the best ways to treat the current bleb( other than soaks and 
feeding the baby) 
thanks for all of you.  Without you out there lending support everyday I 
don't know what I would do.
