I had a mom call me today. Has 10 mo old. Weaned fully at 4 mo. Had no milk.

For last month and a half,...has a lot of milk. Suddenly.  Can express quite
a bit. Her doctor told her not to worry about it, but she is worried about
it. Big surprise, eh?

I thought benign prolactinemia. Please advise on what you think this is..and
what she should do about it. Please answer ASAP>
