While working on my master's thesis years ago I had access to the
publication, "Economic Value of Human Milk."

Hoping to be helpful today, I ran a search on Google, "Economic Value
of Human Milk," and got 13 hits, not restricted to that publication. I
leave it to you to follow up and read more, but here are a couple of
Norwegians:

Oshaug, A and G Botten. Human Milk in Food Supply Statistics. Food
Policy 19 (5): 479-482. 1994.
www.ifpri.org/divs/fcnd/dp/papers/dp33.pdf Hatloy, Anne and Arne
Oshaug. Human Milk: An Invisible Food Resource. FCND Discussion
Paper No. 33. International Food Policy Research Institute. 1997.
