        A good definitive study done on Nifedipine in lactating women is
below.  I quote from this article:

        "We conclude that the amount of nifedipine transferred into human
milk is an insignificant fraction of the maternal dose; over 24 hours, it
appears to amount to less than 5% of a therapeutic dose.  Nifedipine
administration does not appear to alter milk composition.  Therefore
breastfeeding or the feeding of milk expressed by women receiving nifedipine
therapy appears to pose little risk to an infant,  even a very low birth
weight infant. "
