We installed "hot taps" in the clean sinks near each breast milk fridge.  We use a new styrofoam cup each day (dated) and simply put milk in the water briefly making sure not to have water above the lid line.  Works great and they are far cheaper than most other options.  JCAHO thought it was a good idea when they came through a year ago.
