Not really much information regarding breastfeeding.
Usually used as a "fat-burner" but no proof it really works.
Only recommendation would be to use in only recommended dosage and to use
standardized form if available.
Probably would only be trace amounts of each in breast milk if this
recommendation is followed.
Why not emphasize breastfeeding as the "fat-burning" method of choice?
