I have a pt who had breast reduction.  Her baby is 2 weeks old, gaining normally, feeding-peeing-pooping like any normal breastfed baby.  The mom has pain on the underside of one breast, during feeding and after the feed for about 15 minutes, but otherwise things are going well.   I have advised ice after feeds on the area that is uncomfortable, and use of ibuprofen to reduce any swelling and discomfort.   Any more advice I could help her with???
