Here's a few:

1) Do you think we should work toward becoming "baby friendly"? Why or why
not.

2) Which steps do you think our institution has already accomplished?

3) Which steps do you feel would be the most challenging for our institution
to accomplish? and Why?

4) How would you go about encouraging and gaining a committment from our
medical staff to be more supportive of breastfeeding?

5) How should a perinatal nursing staff be supportive of breastfeeding?

6) What are the key variables and how would you go about the education of our
nursing staff on how to be supportive of breastfeeding?

7) What criteria and system should be used as patient documentation of
initiation of breastfeeding and patient lactation education in our
institution?

8) What questions would you ask potential new hires to ascertain their
knowledge and attitudes towards breastfeeding?

9) How should our prenatal program prepare expectant parents to be successful
with breastfeeding?

10) What resources should our institution have available to new parents for
postpartum breastfeeding support?

11) What might the mission statement and goals be for a perinatal
breastfeeding committee?

Loni, Is this close to what you are looking for?
