Thank you Elizabeth. That is the technique I was refering to. From our very
knowledgeable Catherine Watson Genna, the technique comes from Diana West.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

 Mom is trying these alternatives. Too early to tell if they will fully
work, but mom is now more confident and content with her breastfeeding
situation. I think sometimes all moms need is a diagnosis (for lack of a
better word) to give them the energy to keep going.
