For the mold in the pump in style, have the mom run the pump
for a few minutes after she is done pumping.  this will dry out
the tubing after each use.

For the Classic, I also have never known anyone to be unable to pump
with this pump.  Is it a let-down problem?  Has she tried to oil
the flange to get better suction?
