I am so sorry for sending the entire lactnet digest to the list.  I was trying
to make a hard copy of the bibliography.  I found that I could get pieces of
lactnet by highlighting them and hitting reply, what I highlighted appears in
the text of the reply and I can copy it and then delete the mail without ever
sending it.  Today when I hit reply it somehow decided to immediately send
everything back.  I'll find a new way to get the parts of lactnet I want to
keep.
