Dear Laura:

As I understand it, the food package decisions for WIC are made by Food and
Consumer Services at USDA through a regulation process.

The Breastfeeding Promotion Consortium meets with FCS usually twice a year to
discuss how members groups can best support WIC in its mandate to promote
breastfeeding..  When we meet in May, I can ask about how comments and
suggestions about the food package could best be heard.
