I am glad you mentiond this, because I have been meaning to bring this up. I
wrote, verbatim, what the Kathy Bates character says.

In this movie, J.N. plays a man whose daughter is about to marry a Loser
with a capital L. He makes a cross-country trip to try and prevent this from
happening, and meets his daughter's soon to be inlaws who are "eccentric" to
say the least. Loser's mother (Kathy Bates) says,

"People used to raise their eyebrows because I breastfed him until he was
almost 5, and I say, 'Well you just look at the results!'"

The joke being, of course, that the "result" is a guy who appears as dumb as
mud and whom you would not want your daughter to marry  :^(
