Is it necessary to have the frenulum clipped completely for successful latch 
and transfer.  My 7 wk old baby had clip, but it there was still small portion 
remaining.  She is still losing suck.  I don't know if this is due to needing some 
training in using tongue again or if it is due to incomplete frenectomy?
