Dear Kathy,

I susually do no like to answer drug related question on a network
because there are usually too many variables and confusion is easy.  But
topical cortizone preparation is no problem as long as the baby does not
eat the cream!!!!.  This is almost as bad as the case I had once of a mom
told to wean because she was taking cortizone ear drops!!!.  Steroids
such as prednisone, more potent than cortisone are not a reason to stop
BF even when taken orally!
