The woman Francoise is working with should talk to her union representative,
I think. There are conventions for workplace safety with special reference
to pregnant and lactating women, are there not? Here, under our Workplace
Safety Act she could demand to be placed in a different area with different
tasks as long as she is breastfeeding and there would be no age limit on the
child, only a stipulation that it is breastfed.

Debbie's exam questions are a good idea. The hairsplitting spoilsport in me
has to speak up here to say that on the IBLCE exam there are no questions
for which the correct answer consists of a combination of any of the other
answers, so those items should be re-written if you want to submit them to
IBLCE for consideration. I think you definitely should suggest inclusion of
this material but it would need to be referenced in the literature one could
reasonably expect a candidate to have seen before taking the exam. Maybe a
more expeditious way would be to get it in JHL.
