I agree with what has been said.  You cannot preict what will happen with
any given mom.  In general it seems to me the longer the supply has been
suppressed the less likely it is it will come back up, but never say never.
In my experience as long as they are seeing a gradual increase, it may
continue to go up.  If it has been a week of really trying everyhting and
there is no increase, it is not likely to come up much at all.

In this mother's case I would bet she will not tolerate the mini-pill
either.  But if she wants to try it, I would wait until she has plenty of
milk again, and then try it.  But stop if she sees it drop at all...don't
let it go too long.
