Are there any studies documenting which antibiotics are the most effective for
mastitis and how long they should be used for?  I keep getting patients who
have been prescribed amoxicillin for 7 days.  The last study I know about is
several years old and would not support the above prescription.  Any newer
information?  Thanks in advance.
