The blister could be from a lip-tie. Lip tie  usually cause the   area of 
the midline to form a small blister from rubbing. this will definitely  
prevent a good latch if the upper lip is tethered to the upper jaw and cannot  
fully extend upward. Dr.Kotlow The white spot in the palate is most likely an  
inclusion cyst known bohn's  nodules or on the alveolar ridges epstine's  
pearls. which disappears in time. Like the small white pimples on infants  
cheeks.  dr.Kotlow
