Mine finally did arrive. I was anxious to get it as more than one person
said I was not listed!

I guess what was confusing was the distinction of grouping non-USers one
place and US people in another group.

Speaking of that (besides the confusion of mixing areas and equivalent of
counties/boroughs with cities or (ack and doubleack!) states/provinces), I
personally resent thenotion that US is US and everyone else is
International! Since when? When I go outside the US, I am an
international visitor.

For an international organization, can we not have SOMEONE who remains
sensitive to these issues? Perhaps someone needs to share information about
different countries geographic groupings (what they are called and what
they are!) before the next Roster comes out.

Another problem I had with the thing is the ads mixed in with the
information I really did want.

By the way, did anyone get a request for corrections or updated addresses,
etc? My email address was wrong, but I never received a request to verify
information going in the roster so was unaware a) that it was finally
coming out again, b) what the information was that they had for me.

If someone on the Board reads LACTNET dailyi, perhaps they could fill the
rest of us in re: how this thing was put together, who was in charge, and
how the laughable errors can be corrected next time around, as well as how
to deal with errors not so laughable (like no IBCLC after peoples' names,
incorrect addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and the like. I am
concerned that having this thing for 2 years before a new one comes out
will simply mean the errors will accumulate to the point the roster is
again not very useful.
