When I get a copy I'll post it.  The articles in the paper said one
female representative who had breastfed all her children wanted to have
language about limiting some exposure of the breast in public and
wished something like the word "discreet" put in.  She was totally
overridden, however.  She was the same one who opposed the bill language
the last time it was brought up.  Finally, she didn't get her way.
