HI Glenn,

NJDEP determined that the waters were contaminated and that if oyster research and restoration proceeded, poachers might harvest and sell the oysters commercially. From what I can surmise, on the other side of the river research is proceeding in New York. I am learning about something new here. There is a documentary Shellshocked: Saving Oysters to Save Ourselves which I plan to watch. Thanks for asking.
