A version of the EAA study was just published in a chapter of a new book:  
Training and Practice for Modern Day Archaeologists, John H.  Jameson and 
James Eogan, Editors, Springer Science+Business Media, New  York. 
 
It is entitled: Discovering the Archaeologists of Europe by  Kenneth 
Aitchison, pp. 15-29.
