Let me add three more to my previous list:

Rachmaninoff: Andante from the cello sonata.
Nicolas de Grigny (1671-1703): Recit de Tierce en taille
Cesar Frank: Prelude, Fugue et Variation.

The last two are organ pieces, in my collection both are on Dorian label
performed by Jean Guillou, if you happen to have a fairly large system
you really need to hear these recordings, I consider these the finest
organ recordings currently available on CD.
