Stuart's post sent me to consult Grove because I didn't think he meant
Sigmund.  I discovered Andreas (1767-1821), the composer in question, and
was reminded of Bernhard (1767-1821), whose flute concerto is on an LP I
haven't heard for ages.  Both have interesting work lists, and would be
good candidates for some attention from cpo.
