Richard Pennyquick asks:

>Last year I bought a CD of my favourite Brubeck album, Jazz at Oberlin,
>and realised that it was fifty years since the concert at which it was
>recorded. I idly wondered if any of our number were at any of those
>concerts in the 50s and are prepared to admit to being old enough to
>have been there!

I was at Oberlin, but at least 10 years after that concert.

>I also vaguely remember from many years ago hearing a Brubeck composition
>called something like Dialogues for Symphony Orchestra. Does this ring
>a bell with anyone?

Howard Brubeck, Dave's brother, is the composer.
