what is the best way to clean pierco frames?

last year i lost a number of hives to small hive beetles.
i pressure washed everything including the frames however,
there are ALOT of small hive beetle larvae on the pierco frames.

could i make a bath of bleach and water - what concentration????
then rinse them in fresh/clean water prior to installing in the hives.
