I'm hoping you can help me locate a tool. I ran across it a few months
ago from a supplier. I've since lost the url and supplier. I've tried
to retrace my steps and search using common terms but I keep coming up
empty.

The tool is a hollow metal tube (like a straw) with either a wooden or
plastic handle that is used to dip in melted wax. The thumb is placed
over the hole on the top to keep the wax in the tube. Then it is
released into the groove of a top bar by removing the thumb.

Is anyone familiar with the tool I'm describing and where I may
purchase one?
