I really disagree with the above statement.  My wife
"smocks".  To me, the word "smock" just really sounds
like some kind of perverted action.  It actually
produces quite beautiful clothing which is especially
attractive on little girls.  "Sounds like" is no
reason, in my mind, to evaluate an idea.
