I have used a Cloake Board System for starting queen cells, but Marla Spivak promotes the swarm box approach in her queen rearing class and so do others. 

I see Sue Cobey advocates for use of the Cloake Board arrangement though. 

So I'm interested to hear opinions of others on which system is the best and why.
