  Is there any difference in Varroa counts?

reply;
Since going to 4.9mm foundation of own beeswax disease problems stopped immediately with fouls, and any odd stuff over years bees have simply bred thru......

As for mites since they are now in a peaceful co-host co-existance, I consider them beneficial whether trachael mites or varroa mites, aka for both, ....vagans and external head,neck,back mites that do a good service grooming and keeping my bees clean and actually healthier, like grooming hairs on other livestock!

For only where man has intervened have problems with bees been. and have written in past about this and published, but seeing is believing and the more I see it happening, sure makes me feel sad for the sick hives in our industry worldwide now.

Will be going over this, this weekend at Southern Calif Beekeepers Association meeting, as flying into Ontario, Calif tomorrow to speak at meeting with Russ Levine overseeing..........So might see some of you Calif beekeepers there..
