What it is a problem is that James has informed us all of the unethical tactics used by Syngenta when a product was challenged.  Syngenta also produces products that affect bees - and are likely to produce new ones in future. 
Surely for beekeepers to be blind or indifferent to the tactics Syngenta are capable of using would be at least unwise?
