For species of mammalian livestock, adaptation is typically observed within
a few generations.
In the case of honey bees, that would depend upon the initial genetic
diversity as well as the degree of selective pressure and competition.

In the case of honey bee populations in South America, it took less than
two decades.

Ditto for Southern California, the Arnot forest, Louisiana (Villa's study),
and apparently in many other areas.
