A fairly extensive summary of my experience is found in the archives, since 
this paints a fairly complete picture of the feedback from others I will 
refer you to that date - title:

Tue, 1 Jun 2010 - Mite resistant bees-my experience..

There have been no significant changes that I have noticed since then and 
nothing at all that would cause me to reevaluate.
