Hi Bill

I was only expecting something in the region of 200 variables, which is
many orders of magnitude smaller than weather modelling, well within the
scope of a hi-spec PC (OK it is going to be very busy calculating).

It is certainly pointless modelling for three viruses.

> You cannot control the variables.

You set the variables deliberately (integer values to start with) you
end up with enormous amounts of results, but they in turn are compared
by computer to what 'real' data exists, only where a match happens does
a human ever get involved.
