Those of us old enough to remember the Lawrence Welk Show will remember the
incessant commercials for "Geritol", who sponsored his inexplicably
saccharin program of what he called "music" featuring excessive amounts of
accordion-based polkas.

 

Now, it appears that bees are claimed to suffer the same problem as the
housewives of the 1950s and 1960s - "Iron-Poor blood".

I cannot improve on the humor of the ad, except to note that they do not
