Four neighboring states, so far: 

Here in central Vermont we are seeing what appears to be an increase in drone egg laying heading into the fall.

I'm seeing the same thing in central Massachusetts.

I have one hive showing this pattern of drone laying, and last week cleared out a patch of 3 swarm cells. It was the only hive (of 10) showing this pattern. Skillman, NJ

I am seeing the same in my hives Western Catskill Mountains NY
