Are you meaning a field test of the model that did not confirm it, or a field 
comparison of washes and drops on the same hives?

That was about all I did since I merely wanted to do a quick and dirty
confirmation for my own situation and was satisfied with those three 
data points.  It was, so to speak a quick recalibration for that time and place.

That may well be what is needed for those wishing to use natural drops: a 
calibration for the specific dates and regions and management methods for
which drops will be taken annually. I was merely confirming that my old 
methods were still on track for that timing.
