I have not had triplets, but I did start producing colostrum by about 27 or
28 weeks during my first pregnancy. I was quite panicked by this, because I
grew up on a farm, and I knew that when pregnant horses start to leak milk
it means the birth is imminent. My doctor assured me that things were fine,
but that the baby might come early. Well, he was actually 16 days late! But
it was annoying to be leaking colostrum for so long. With my later
pregnancies, I was always tandem nursing, so couldn't tell if it happened
again.
