Hello lactnetters!  I have been away, but now I'm back, and I am so
excited.  My big achievement this year is that I have turned my office into
a pumping friendly place for employees and patients at our clinic.  Having
just set this up,I see one area in particular where I need your help:

I have a nice electric pump, a fridge to store milk, a comfy chair,
reference books, but now I need to write a memo for the Dean to sign  to
announce to the entire campus that we are "breastfeeding friendly".  In the
memo I need references when I say he supports the idea because employees
who are breastfeeding will have fewer sick days because their babies are
healthier.  I also need a reference when I assert that mothers do better
when their place of work is breastfeeding friendly.

Do any of you have these references easily accessible? I'd appreciate any
