Just read an interesting article about colostrum in horses and what to do if there isn't any. Guess what they use to stimulate production of colostrum/milk in mares? Domperidone. So I guess if you are a horse doctor and need to help a patient, no problem, but if you are a people doctor - forget about it. Don't know whether to laugh or cry. Glad to see the recent posts on how to get the stuff here in the good ole US of A.
