Cindy, I *presume* that this woman's doctor checked her serum prolactin
levels. If they are normal, I frankly don't understand the reference to a
brain tumor. A benign pituitary tumor can cause hyperprolactinemia which
can cause milk production in the absence of a baby. I can't figure out what
other sort of tumor could contribute to milk production if prolactin levels
were normal..... ??? this doesn't make sense to me but if there's a
reasonable explanation I would like to know it!
