I'd love some info on breaks as well for one of our clinic nurses who
recently returned to work breastfeeding her 3rd child. As an aside,
we're in the midst of going for our BFHI certification. The clinic nurse
manager has refused to allow her breaks and is annoyed that she is
disrupting the clinic. Can you believe this? How about how wonderful of
her to take time from her family to return to work; or how great it is
that she'll have less of a need for sick time etc., etc.
Any references I can provide her to support this would be greatly appreciated!
