For a clinical ref on expressing/pumping breasts when a mother is too sick
after delivery, I'd think the info from section "When Mother or Neonate
Cannot Breastfeed"  (p. 443) would apply to and could be used as a ref for
more than mothers of multiples. (Pumping by nurse/family member also is
mentioned in the new revision of Mothering Multiples, p. 75 & p. 166.)
