Carol, thank you for your well-time comments, and thank you to all of you
who are entering into this productive discussion of how Lactnet should be,
and how we can all make it work better. It is like a child. Sometimes, it
needs guidance, and maybe not from this mother? : )
I appreciate all the input and nice notes I have received. ..and especially
the good energy that you all give by sharing of yourselves. So, let's not be
too sensitive. Let's be strong. Let's give it our best. Let's listen. Let's
share. And, let's not resemble a school of sharks waiting to smell the
blood of our comrades. Isn't there a section in Auerbach/Riodan about
collegial relationships and swimming with the sharks? I have had this
experience working with people sometimes. I prefer not to have it again, as
I am sure all of you do too.
Not a shark.
