I agree with Elshieva,
Even my two exclusively breastfed girls know what to do with that little
bottle which accompanies 90% of all new dolls.
I have even gone as far as to remove the bottles before giving them the
dolly....they pretend a crayon is the bottle!! AArrgghh!
I have also heard the "babysitter" line.
I think this is due to the overwhelming amount of advertisements which
show babies with bottles. If you really watch, almost every time you see
a babe on the telly or in the movies, they have a bottle in the shot as
well.
I am happy that my youngest still prefers to give her baby
"night-nights" (breastfeed)...although I am slightly concerned.... as
she seems to believe her nipples are in her armpits! But, since she is
not yet 3, I think we have plenty of time to figure the anatomy part
out.
