I heard Penny Simkin speak on this topic several years ago. I believe that it
was the ICEA convention in Orlando FL. Those words have haunted me ever
since. I'm not sure that I can tell you what other subjects & speakers I
heard, but I definitely remember Penny's little rap/chant: "Just another day
in a woman's life. Just another day in a woman's life. etc." Say it a few
times & you too will be haunted by those words. It has taken on different
meanings at different times in my life. Basically it means that I will have
some very memorable times, some are pleasant & some not so pleasant, but life
goes on. Life is beautiful & meaningful.
