I happened to see a can of this formula in the dietician's office. It is a
Ross product. The can states it is an amino Acid-Based Medical Food for
children 1 year and older. It also says that it is specially formulated for
the dietary management of maldigestion, malabsorption, severe food allergies,
gastrointestinal tract impairment or other conditions for which a free amino
acid-based diet is required. It is for oral and tube feedings.
I can't wait to hear what Dr. Jack has to say about this diagnosis and
recommendation!
