It's the language that web pages are written in, and when you see a regular
post to LactNet that looks like it was written with a typewriter, followed
by the very same post with a bunch of weird symbols interspersed in it,
that means the person has their HTML button turned on, and it writes the
post over using HTML.  Very annoying.
